First of all, Catholics and Protestants are different, yes, but they do have, in ways, have similar beliefs. And yet still seem to have such a strong disagreement on a lot of stuff. To begin this discussion Catholics and Protestants started feuding for reasons of plenty. Some reasons came from history. The reasons beginning at just causal disagreements while conversing all the way to murders. There's also things like saying the pope is the Beast of Revelation and Roman Catholicism as Mystery Babylon are still common among Protestants. Even with historical reasons for feuding there's always are humanistic qualities getting in the way about who's right and who's wrong. Who is right and wrong you say? . . . . . . . Can't say. I guess we'll all just figure it out in the end!
(Any way,) Catholics and Protestants also have disagreements about the church. Such as, Protestants think Roman Catholics teach a works - gospel that can't save you. Whereas, Roman Catholics think Protestants only have to express a certain amount of emotion to get saved. Another disagreement is that Protestants blame Catholics for worshipping Mary but Catholics think Protestants are to dumb to understand the importance in this action. Besides disagreeing over who to worship, to pray to, etc. the authority to rule stands alone in argument. Although each religion has its own final decision on who has authority on the church, each indiviual Catholic and Protestant has their own say on the matter.
Well that just about wraps up what I've got to say on the matter. Check out this site to learn more.
